This is why PLAY is purposefully integrated into Breakfree Movement’s practice through natural movement (MovNat) - we aim to stay curious and stay playful.

MovNat is a school of physical competence for the real world - movements that are natural to the human body.

Using the analogy of a tree, the skills describe a natural progression of human movement from when a baby is first born, til when they are a full grown adult.

As we grow older, where do you think we fit in terms of the natural movement progression? If our spine is a tree, what do you think will happen to the tree if we are so specialised in a skill?
